Good morning…

Thank you for selecting me as the first author to visit ACS Hillingdon during Literacy Week. It was a wonderful day meeting the students and sharing a love for reading and writing stories. The children were well-behaved and engaged in all the sessions. There was a buzz in the air with the beach theme alongside my sessions. It all worked very well.

I will soon share the presentation with J B, the EAL teacher who was interested in using it for her class. To quote her from the email she sent us earlier; 

 

"Please do pass on our thanks to Carmen for her time and expertise; she was engaging for the students and it was lovely to see how she included them with questions and interest in their own language acquisition journey. 
As discussed, I would very much appreciate receiving a copy of the Powerpoint presentation; in class we will try out some of her ideas!”
